Our Commitment

We want you to be completely happy with your Simmerly purchase. Because our products are handmade with natural ingredients, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please read the policy below.

Eligibility

We accept returns and refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Items arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong items were sent
  • Items were lost in transit

Due to the nature of dried botanical products, we are unable to accept returns for personal preference or change-of-mind on opened items.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@simmerly.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged

We will respond within 1–2 business days and work with you to issue a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
