Processing Time

Because every kit is assembled by hand, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping — on all orders $35 and over (within the contiguous United States)
• Standard shipping — $5.99 for orders under $35
• Canada — flat rate shipping available at checkout

Delivery Estimates

After shipment, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may take longer. These are estimates and not guarantees — actual delivery times depend on the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@simmerly.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
